§ 31-18-5-3-6

If a petition or comparable pleading is received by an inappropriate Indiana tribunal, the tribunal shall:(1) forward the pleading and accompanying documents to an appropriate tribunal of this state or another state; and(2) notify the petitioner where and when the pleading was sent.As added by P.L.206-2015, SEC.53.
