§ 31-19-20-1

The state registrar:(1) shall release a copy of the medical history to any interested person;(2) may release a copy of the medical history to any person who satisfies the registrar that the person has a legitimate need; and(3) shall supplement the medical history with medical information received from any person.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-3-4-14(a).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.11.
