(b) The following persons may charge a reasonable fee for actual expenses incurred in complying with this chapter:(1) A licensed child placing agency.(2) The court.(3) The department.(4) A local office.(5) A professional health care provider.(6) An attorney.(7) The Indiana department of health.As added by P.L.191-2011, SEC.53.
