(a) If a record of a paternity determination has been filed concerning a child who is the subject of a request under section 1 of this chapter, the Indiana department of health shall release a copy of the record of the paternity determination to the requesting attorney or agency.(b) If a notice of a filing of a petition to establish paternity has been filed concerning a child who is the subject of a request under section 1 of this chapter, the Indiana department of health shall release a copy of the notice of the filing of the petition to the requesting attorney or agency.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-6.1-10.5(f).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.11.
