(b) A designee of the director under subsection (a) must be:(1) a deputy director of the department; or(2) an individual who:(A) is an attorney in good standing who is admitted to the practice of law in Indiana; and(B) is an employee of the department, except as otherwise allowed under state and federal law.As added by P.L.13-2021, SEC.8.
