Photographs, x-rays, or physical medical examination reports shall be made available to:(1) the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction;(2) the department;(3) the prosecuting attorney;(4) the guardian ad litem; or(5) the court appointed special advocate appointed by the juvenile court;for use in any judicial proceeding relating to the subject matter of a report made under this article and, to the extent permissible under the Indiana Rules of Trial Procedure, to the adverse party in any proceeding arising under this article.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.271.
