The permanency roundtable shall review:(1) a child's permanency plan under IC 31-34-21-5.7 if the child is placed in a child caring institution, group home, or private secure facility; and(2) a child's permanency plan under IC 31-37-20-3 if the child is placed in a child caring institution, group home, or private secure facility;and make recommendations to the court.(b) The department shall establish a residential placement committee (as defined in IC 31-9-2-109.5). The residential placement committee shall, before a case plan is approved by the local office or court, review:(1) a child's placement in a child caring institution, group home, or private secure facility under IC 31-34-15-2; and(2) a child's placement in a child caring institution, group home, or private secure facility under IC 31-37-19-1.5 if the placement is contrary to the department's recommendation under IC 31-37-17-1.4;and make recommendations to the court.As added by P.L.48-2012, SEC.25.
