(2) Describe the methodology used to compute caseloads for each family case manager.(3) Indicate whether the statewide average caseloads for family case managers exceed the caseload standards established by the department.(4) If the report indicates that average caseloads exceed caseload standards, include a written plan that indicates the steps that are being taken to reduce caseloads.(5) Identify, describe, and, if appropriate, recommend best management practices and resources required to achieve effective and efficient delivery of child protection services.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.271.
