In addition to the duties imposed by section 7 of this chapter, the bureau shall do the following:(1) Notify the department of workforce development of the amounts to be deducted from an individual's unemployment compensation, not to exceed the individual's weekly benefit amount of unemployment compensation.(2) Reimburse the department of workforce development for the administrative costs incurred by the department under IC 22-4-39.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.271.
