A licensee shall cooperate with the department, the state fire marshal, and any other state agency working on behalf of the department in carrying out the activities required by section 15 of this chapter, including permitting the department, the state fire marshal, and any other state agency working on behalf of the department to conduct announced or unannounced inspections.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.273.
