(a) After the license of a foster family home is revoked, the department shall notify in writing each person responsible for each child in care, to ensure that the children are removed from the foster family home.(b) The written notice shall be sent to the last known address of the person responsible for the child in care and must state that the license of the foster family home has been revoked.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.273.
