(b) A license issued under this chapter:(1) is not transferable;(2) applies only to the licensee and the location stated in the application; and(3) remains the property of the department.(c) A child placing agency shall have the child placing agency's license available for inspection.(d) If a licensee submits a timely application for renewal, the current license shall remain in effect until the department issues a license or denies the application.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.273.
