(a) The local office shall provide a copy of the medical treatment records maintained under this chapter to the person who provides foster care to a child unless otherwise prohibited by state or federal law.(b) The local office shall provide an individual who:(1) is at least eighteen (18) years of age; and(2) leaves foster care after receiving foster care for at least six (6) months;a copy of the individual's medical treatment records in the local office's possession.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.274.
