The department shall do the following:(1) Maintain a record of medical care provided to a foster child.(2) Facilitate a provider in providing appropriate care to a foster child.(3) Allow foster parents to authorize routine and emergency medical care to a foster child.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.274.
