A part-time juvenile court referee:(1) shall perform duties assigned by the court;(2) shall submit findings and recommendations in writing to the juvenile court, which shall enter such order as it considers proper; and(3) may administer oaths in the performance of duties assigned by the juvenile court.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-9-2(d).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.14.
