§ 31-32-6-6

If a proceeding is closed to the public under section 4 of this chapter, the juvenile court shall:(1) make findings of fact concerning the closing of the proceeding; and(2) place the exclusion order in the file of the proceedings.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-7-10(f).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.15.
