(a) Not later than five (5) months after the department implements a program of informal adjustment under this chapter, the department shall file with the court a report indicating the extent of compliance with the program.(b) If the court approves an extension of the period of the informal adjustment under section 6 of this chapter, the department shall file a supplemental report not later than eight (8) months after the department implements the program of informal adjustment updating the court on the status of a person's compliance with the program.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-12(g) part.]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.17.
