§ 31-36-1-4

Not later than fifteen (15) days after completion of the report required by section 1 of this chapter, the law enforcement agency shall forward the contents of the report to the last:(1) child care center or child care home in which the child was enrolled; or(2) school the child attended in Indiana, if any;if the child is less than thirteen (13) years of age.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-13-4(b).]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.19.
