The probation officer shall collect information and prepare a financial report, in the form prescribed by the department, on the parent or the estate of the child to assist the juvenile court and the department in:(1) determining the person's financial responsibility; and(2) obtaining federal reimbursement;for services provided for the child or the person.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-6-4-15(c) part.]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.20.
