§ 31-37-25-3

The petition must allege the following:(1) That the respondent is likely to have direct or indirect contact with the child in the absence of an order under this chapter.(2) That the child has been adjudicated a delinquent child.(3) That the best interests of the child will be served if the person refrains from direct or indirect contact with the child.As added by P.L.133-2002, SEC.38.
