'Foster family home', for purposes of IC 31-27 and IC 31-34-23-6, means a place where an individual resides and provides care and supervision on a twenty-four (24) hour basis to a child, as defined in section 13(d) of this chapter, who is receiving care and supervision under a juvenile court order or for purposes of placement.As added by P.L.145-2006, SEC.194.
