(a) 'Income withholding order', for purposes of IC 31-16-15 and IC 31-16-16, means an order or other legal process directed to an obligor's income payor to withhold:(1) support; and(2) support fees and maintenance fees as described in IC 33-37-5-6;from the income of the obligor.(b) 'Income withholding order', for purposes of the Uniform Interstate Family Support Act under IC 31-18.5, has the meaning set forth in IC 31-18.5-1-2.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citations: 31-1.5-1-1 part; 31-1.5-1-8 part.]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.1.
