§ 31-9-2-77

'Maternal or paternal grandparent', for purposes of IC 31-17-5, includes:(1) the adoptive parent of the child's parent;(2) the parent of the child's adoptive parent; and(3) the parent of the child's parent.[Pre-1997 Recodification Citation: 31-1-11.7-1.]As added by P.L.1-1997, SEC.1.
