2, means an individual who has, or has filed an action seeking:(1) custody of the child, whether by court order or by paternity affidavit under IC 16-37-2;(2) parenting time with the child, whether by court order or by paternity affidavit under IC 16-37-2; or(3) visitation with the child under IC 31-17-5.As added by P.L.50-2006, SEC.2.
