As used in this chapter, 'transfer' means the transfer of an interest in real property located in Indiana by:(1) sale;(2) gift;(3) conveyance;(4) assignment;(5) inheritance; or(6) other means of transfer.As added by P.L.136-2011, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.6-2012, SEC.207.
