As used in this chapter, 'document' or 'documents' means an electronic record (as defined in IC 26-2-8-102) or information that is:(1) inscribed on a tangible medium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is retrievable in perceivable form; and(2) eligible to be recorded in the land records maintained by a county recorder.As added by P.L.127-2017, SEC.8.
