§ 32-21-2-11

If an instrument is recorded without an acknowledgment's or proof's certificate as required under this article and IC 33-42-9-12, the instrument or a transcript of the instrument may not be read or received in evidence.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-1-2-28.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.6.
