As used in this chapter, 'local building department' means, in any county, city, or town, the department, division, agency, section, or office that enforces the Indiana building code adopted by the fire prevention and building safety commission, as required by IC 36-7-2-9(1).As added by P.L.157-2024, SEC.5.
