§ 32-23-11-14

For purposes of this chapter, the following are not adverse possessions or prescriptive easements to the owner and do not establish title or rights to the real property:(1) Possession of a right-of-way by a nonrailroad purchaser under section 8 of this chapter.(2) Possession of a right-of-way by a public utility or under a communication, cable television, fiber optic, or pipeline easement, license, or legal occupancy under section 11 of this chapter.(3) Possession of a right-of-way by a responsible party (as defined in IC 8-4.5-1-17).[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-5-12-14.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.8.
