§ 32-24-4-5-6-2

As used in this chapter, 'residential property' means real property that consists of:(1) a single family dwelling that is not owned for the purpose of resale, rental, or leasing in the ordinary course of the owner's business; and(2) the land on which the dwelling is located.As added by P.L.88-2019, SEC.1.
