The resolution described in section 2 of this chapter must specifically describe:(1) the parcel of land that the library board seeks to acquire by exercising eminent domain;(2) the purpose for which the parcel of land is to be acquired; and(3) why the exercise of eminent domain is necessary to accomplish the library board's purpose.As added by P.L.163-2006, SEC.18.
