§ 32-26-1-20

Every association organized under this chapter with the concurrence of three-fourths (3/4) of its members, expressed by resolution at any regular meeting of the association, may:(1) correct or perfect any incorrect or imperfect description of the proposed work; or(2) provide for the extension of the proposed work beyond the limits prescribed in the original articles of the association.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-1-20.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.11.
