§ 32-26-7-1

If petitioned by at least twenty (20) property owners in the county, the board of county commissioners shall furnish a blank book to the recorder of the county, paid for out of the county fund, in which the county recorder shall keep a record of marks of rails and plank fencing that are adopted by the property owners of the county.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-10-7-1.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.11.
