(a) The amendments made to IC 32-8-3-1 (before its repeal, now codified at section 1 of this chapter), IC 32-8-3-3 (before its repeal, now codified at section 3 of this chapter), and IC 32-8-3-5 (before its repeal, now codified at section 5 of this chapter) by P.L.53-1999 apply only to contracts and subcontracts entered into after June 30, 1999.(b) The addition of IC 32-8-3-16 (before its repeal, now codified at section 16 of this chapter), IC 32-8-3-17 (before its repeal, now codified at section 17 of this chapter), and IC 32-8-3-18 (before its repeal, now codified at section 18 of this chapter) by P.L.53-1999 applies only to contracts and subcontracts entered into after June 30, 1999.As added by P.L.220-2011, SEC.523.
