§ 32-30-2-16

After:(1) the plaintiff has filed a motion with the court;(2) notice has been delivered to the defendant; and(3) a hearing at which the plaintiff has shown cause;the court may grant an order allowing the plaintiff to enter upon the property in controversy and make a survey and admeasurement of the property for purposes of an action under this chapter.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-2-16.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.
