§ 32-30-2-4

In an action initiated under section 1 of this chapter, the plaintiff's complaint must contain the following information:(1) A claim that the plaintiff is entitled to the possession of the premises, including a description of the premises.(2) The interest the plaintiff claims in the premises.(3) That the defendant unlawfully keeps the plaintiff from possession of the premises.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-2-4.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.
