§ 32-30-2-9

If there are two (2) or more plaintiffs or defendants, one (1) or more of the plaintiffs may recover against one (1) or more of the defendants:(1) the premises or any part of the premises;(2) an interest in the premises; or(3) damages;according to the right of the parties, but the recovery may not be for an interest greater than the interest claimed by the party.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-2-9.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.
