§ 32-30-4-1

(b) A judgment of forfeiture and eviction may be given to a person who is entitled to the reversion against the tenant in possession only when the injury to the estate in reversion is adjudged:(1) to be equal to the value of the tenant's estate or unexpired term; or(2) to have been done in malice.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-15-4-1.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.
