If at the permanent injunction hearing the plaintiff proves by a preponderance of the evidence that the indecent nuisance exists as alleged in the complaint, the court shall enter a judgment that perpetually enjoins:(1) the defendant and any other person from further maintaining the indecent nuisance at the place described in the complaint; and(2) the defendant from maintaining an indecent nuisance elsewhere.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-19-2-16.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.
