The following are guilty of maintaining an indecent nuisance and may be enjoined from maintaining the indecent nuisance under this chapter:(1) A person who uses, occupies, establishes, maintains, or conducts an indecent nuisance.(2) The owner, agent, or lessee of any interest in an indecent nuisance.(3) A person employed in an indecent nuisance.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-19-2-1.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.15.
