§ 32-32-5-2-3

A campground owner shall refund the unused portion of any prepaid fees, less any amount otherwise owed to the campground owner or deducted for damages, to a guest who is removed from a campground under section 1 of this chapter.As added by P.L.106-2021, SEC.1.
