If an end user has not been paid the amount due within ninety (90) days after the date the notice is received by the customer as provided in section 7 of this chapter, the end user may sell the special tool at a public auction if:(1) the special tool is still in the end user's possession; and(2) the end user complies with section 9 of this chapter.As added by P.L.73-2009, SEC.4.
