If the attorney general determines from an examination conducted under section 53 of this chapter that a putative holder failed or refused to pay or deliver to the attorney general property which is reportable under this chapter, the attorney general shall issue a determination of the putative holder's liability to pay or deliver and give notice in a record to the putative holder of the determination.As added by P.L.141-2021, SEC.20.
