As used in this chapter, 'museum' means an institution located in Indiana that:(1) is operated by a person primarily for education, scientific, historic preservation, or aesthetic purposes; and(2) owns, borrows, cares for, exhibits, studies, archives, or catalogs property.[Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-10-4.]As added by P.L.2-2002, SEC.19.
