(b) The term includes a judge pro tempore, commissioner, or hearing officer if the judge pro tempore, commissioner, or hearing officer sits more than twenty (20) days other than Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays in one (1) calendar year as a judge, commissioner, or hearing officer in any court.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-8-1.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.2.
