(b) A court seeking to establish a problem solving court must submit a petition for approval to the office of judicial administration in accordance with rules adopted by the board.(c) A problem solving court may not:(1) assess fees; or(2) collect fees;until the problem solving court is certified by the office of judicial administration.As added by P.L.108-2010, SEC.4.
