(b) An individual may be liable for the cost of any or all chemical tests required by the problem solving court under subsection (a), including:(1) laboratory expenses; and(2) problem solving court expenses.(c) A laboratory that performs a chemical test as ordered by a problem solving court under subsection (a) shall report the results to the problem solving court.As added by P.L.108-2010, SEC.4.
