As used in this chapter, 'domestic violence court' means a problem solving court focused on the safety of the victim and the defendant's accountability by:(1) bringing together criminal justice professionals, local social programs, and intensive judicial monitoring;(2) linking victims to programs and services; and(3) linking eligible defendants and juveniles to programs and services.As added by P.L.108-2010, SEC.4.
