(b) The salaries of the bailiff and the official court reporter shall be:(1) fixed in the same manner as the salaries of the bailiff and the official court reporter for the circuit court of the county in which the standard superior court is located; and(2) paid monthly:(A) out of the treasury of the county in which the standard superior court is located; and(B) as provided by law.[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: Various 33-33 provisions.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.8.
