(a) The county executive for the county in which the standard superior court is located shall provide and maintain:(1) a suitable courtroom;(2) furniture and equipment; and(3) other rooms and facilities;necessary for the operation of the court.(b) The county fiscal body shall appropriate sufficient funds for the provision and maintenance of the items described in subdivisions (1) through (3).[Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: Various 33-33 provisions.]As added by P.L.98-2004, SEC.8.
